- The H.I.S.S. vehicle contains battery-powered interior and exterior LED lighting features. At the push of a single button, you can turn on the H.I.S.S.-vision lights, the interior cockpit heads-up display, headlights, fog lights, rear Cobra convoy lights, and, most impressively, the Cobra Insignia Beacon. This unique invention of M.A.R.S. Industries projects the Cobra logo on the ground ahead of the vehicle.

Driver 6-Inch Scale Action Figure is figure included in the base offering comes ready for action, with multiple points of articulation for high poseability along with 4 weapon accessories. EARLY-BIRD SPECIAL OFFERING: COBRA H.I.S.S. TACTICIAN ACTION FIGURE INSPIRED BY RON RUDAT’S DESIGNS
If the project fully funds by reaching 8,000 backers within the first week of launch (before midnight on Wednesday July 6th), everyone who backs the H.I.S.S. HasLab project through the end of the campaign will receive an exclusive Cobra H.I.S.S. Tactician figure with deco inspired by the designs of legendary G.I. Joe designer Ron Rudat – the very man who put me, Destro, in an iron mask. Backers will get to help choose the color-scheme inspiration for the final deco of the Tactician figure once the campaign ends. And remember, each figure included in the offering is exclusive to the HasLab, and will be individually boxed with its own artwork, and number in the G.I. Joe Classified Series sequence. Should the base offering of the campaign not fund within that window, the opportunity to acquire your own Tactician figure will be lost forever.
What is HasLab?
HasLab is the Hasbro Pulse crowdfunding platform that aims to put dream products into the hands of fans. With fan support, the goal is to make products of varying price points and scale that are highly coveted items that fans have been clamoring for.
How does it work?
HasLab is the crowdfunding platform that invites participants to support a product by backing the project up front. Once the minimum threshold is met the item/project is put into production.
For these projects, we must meet a certain minimum threshold of backers in order for the project to go into production. It’s up to the fans to support the campaign and help successfully reach that goal before the deadline!
In the event the campaign is not successfully backed with the minimum number of supporters the communicated deadline, participants will not be charged. In addition, the HasLab project will not be produced, and fans will not receive this item.
Will this be available for Global Fans?

Will HasLab products be available for purchase at other retailers after the campaign?
No, the HasLab products will only be available for purchase within the communicated crowdfunding window. Purchases can be made through Hasbro Pulse in the U.S., Canada, UK& DE as well as select participating retailers internationally. Check your local retailer for more information.
How many backers are needed to make this happen?
Hasbro will only be able to move forward with production if a minimum of backers is reached by the communicated deadline. The minimum threshold will provide enough funding to create the supply needed for fans to receive this massive and intricately detailed figure.
For this project specifically, we must reach 8,000 backers before 11:59 PM ET on August 15, 2022.
Is there an opportunity for HasLab to extend the campaign period if it doesn’t reach the goal in time?
No, the campaign window will not be extended.
If you can’t afford to back the HasLab project in full, but still want to help make this possible, can you donate a smaller amount to the campaign?
No, there is not a way to donate to a campaign.
Will Hasbro Pulse be expanding this program to other products/brands?
Hasbro Pulse is actively exploring more ways to engage with different fan communities and produce awesome dream toys that the fans are most passionate about. Hasbro Pulse plans to continue the program and engage with new core fan groups in the future.
For previous HasLabs, the limit was per transaction. Why can’t I buy more in separate transactions?
Hasbro reserves the right to set purchase limits on all Hasbro products. In this case, we have instated limits per customer to enforce our Terms of Use that Hasbro Pulse is intended for personal use only, not for resale.
Is shipping included in the price?
Standard shipping to the contiguous United States only included. Additional shipping and handling charges may apply for non-contiguous United States and Canada. No P.O. Boxes.
Where does Hasbro Pulse ship to?
For NA:
We are currently shipping to the 50 United States, District of Columbia, Puerto Rico, the US Virgin Islands, Canada and APO/FPO addresses. We cannot ship to a P.O. Box.
For UK:
We deliver to most addresses in the United Kingdom. We regret we are unable to ship to the Channel Islands (including Jersey and Guernsey). We cannot deliver to P.O. Boxes.
For Germany:
We deliver to most addresses in Germany. Please see individual listings for any exclusions. Please note we cannot deliver to a P.O. Box or any other country at this time.
When will I be charged?
If the campaign is successfully backed with the minimum number by the deadline date (11:59 PM ET on August 15, 2022), your preferred payment method will be charged on August 16, 2022. In the event the campaign is not successfully backed, you will not be charged, and no products will be delivered.
Do you accept refunds and cancelations?
If you need to cancel your order before the campaign ends, you can do so by logging into your Hasbro Pulse profile and canceling through My Account.
If you want to cancel after the campaign ends, you must do so by 11:59PM ET on August 15, 2022 by contacting our Consumer Care team here.
