What is HasLab? 

HasLab is the Hasbro Pulse crowdfunding platform that aims to put dream products into the hands of fans. With fan support, the goal is to make products of varying price points and scale that are highly coveted items that fans have been clamoring for.  

 

How does it work?  

  • HasLab is the crowdfunding platform that invites participants to support a product by backing the project up front. Once the minimum threshold is met the item/project is put into production.  
  • For these projects, we must meet a certain minimum threshold of backers for the project to go into production. It’s up to the fans to support the campaign and help successfully reach that goal before the deadline!  
  • In the event the campaign is not successfully backed with the minimum number of supporters by the communicated deadline, participants will not be charged. In addition, the HasLab project will not be produced, and fans will not receive this item.   

 

Will this be available for Global Fans?

Will HasLab products be available for purchase at other retailers after the campaign? 

No, the HasLab products will only be available for purchase within the communicated crowdfunding window. Purchases can be made through Hasbro Pulse in the of US/CAN, UK, EU, HK, SG, MY, and TW as well as select participating retailers internationally. Check your local retailer for more information.  

 

How many backers are needed to make this happen?  

  • Hasbro will only be able to move forward with production if a minimum of backers is reached by the communicated deadline. The minimum threshold will provide enough funding to create the supply needed for fans to receive this massive and intricately detailed figure.  
  • For this project specifically, we must reach 10,000 backers before 11:59 PM ET on December 11, 2023.

 

Is there an opportunity for HasLab to extend the campaign period if it doesn’t reach the goal in time?  

No, the campaign window will not be extended.

 

If you can’t afford to back the HasLab project in full, but still want to help make this possible, can you donate a smaller amount to the campaign?  

No, there is not a way to donate to a campaign.  

 

Will Hasbro Pulse be expanding this program to other products/brands? 

Hasbro Pulse is actively exploring more ways to engage with different fan communities and produce awesome dream toys that the fans are most passionate about. Hasbro Pulse plans to continue the program and engage with new core fan groups in the future.  

 

For previous HasLabs, the limit was per transaction. Why can’t I buy more in separate transactions?

Hasbro reserves the right to set purchase limits on all Hasbro products. In this case, we have instated limits per customer to enforce our Terms of Use that Hasbro Pulse is intended for personal use only, not for resale.

 

Is shipping included in the price?  

Standard shipping and handling to the contiguous United States included for Hasbro Pulse Premium members. Shipping and handling charges will be calculated at the time of checkout for non-Hasbro Pulse Premium members. No P.O. Boxes. 

 

Where does Hasbro Pulse ship to? 

  • NA:
    • We are currently shipping to the 50 United States, District of Columbia, Puerto Rico, the US Virgin Islands, Canada and APO/FPO addresses. We cannot ship to a P.O. Box. 
  • UK:
    • We deliver to most addresses in the United Kingdom. We regret we are unable to ship to the Channel Islands (including Jersey and Guernsey). We cannot deliver to P.O. Boxes.
  • EU:
    • We deliver to all EU Countries. Please reference the Delivery Destinations section here and see individual listings for any exclusions. Please note we cannot deliver to a P.O. Box, or any other country not listed at this time.
  • Asia:
    • We deliver to most addresses in Singapore, Malaysia, Hong Kong, and Taiwan. Please note we cannot deliver to addresses outside these countries. The delivery country for orders must match the market domain of the website it was purchased from — e.g., items ordered on the Hasbro Pulse Singapore website can only be delivered to Singapore.

 

When will I be charged? 

If the campaign is successfully backed with the minimum number by the deadline date (11:59 PM ET on December 11, 2023), your preferred payment method will be charged on December 12, 2023. In the event the campaign is not successfully backed, you will not be charged, and no products will be delivered. 

 

Do you accept refunds and cancelations? 

If you need to cancel your order before the campaign ends, you can do so by logging into your Hasbro Pulse profile and canceling through My Account.

 

If you want to cancel after the campaign ends, you must do so by 11:59 PM ET on January 9, 2024 by contacting our Consumer Care team here.
