If you need to update your delivery address for all pending preorders:
- Log into your account and click the Update Delivery Address link on the left navigation under My Account.
- Input the new delivery address and click Submit.
If you would like to make an address change on a single order:
- Log into your account and locate the preorder in question from the My Account section.
- After opening the preorder, click the link that reads Change Delivery Address, located below the order details.
- Input the new delivery address and click Submit. If the new delivery address should be used on all outstanding preorders, check the box that reads Update delivery address for all pending orders before submitting.
Note: Addresses can only be updated if the item has not yet entered the fulfillment process. Delivery address changes across countries are not available.
