How do I change my address?

If you need to update your delivery address for all pending orders:

  1. Log into your account and navigate to Order History.
  2. Click the Update Delivery Address link under "Need to make a change that applies to all orders?"
  3. Select one of your saved addresses or input the new delivery address and click Confirm.


If you would like to make an address change on a single order:

  1. Log into your account and locate the order in question from your Order History.
  2. Click View Details to open the order.
  3. After opening the order, click the link that reads Change this Delivery Address located on the right hand side.
  4. Select one of your saved addresses or input the new delivery address and click Confirm. If the new delivery address should be used on all pending orders (delivering to the same current address), check the box at the bottom before submitting.

Note: Addresses can only be updated on eligible orders. Delivery address changes across countries are not available.
