Processing Your Return or Replacement

Please allow 14 days to process your return. You will receive an email notification once your return has been received and processed. If we are unable to send a replacement due to high demand and limited quantities, we will issue a refund instead. Please allow up to two billing cycles for any refund to appear on your statement. If, after 14 days, you still have not received an email that your return has been processed, please contact Customer Service.
