If you need to update your payment method for all pending orders:
- Log into your account and navigate to Order History.
- Click the Change Payment Method/Billing Address link under "Need to make a change that applies to all orders?"
- Select one of your saved payment methods or input the new payment method and click Confirm.
If you would like to update your payment method on a single order:
- Log into your account and locate the order in question from your Order History.
- Click View Details to open the order.
- After opening the order, click the link that reads Change this Payment Method located on the right hand side.
- Select one of your saved payment methods or input the new payment method and click Confirm. If the new payment method should be used on all pending orders, check the box at the bottom before submitting.
Note: Payment methods can only be updated on eligible orders.
